Fraser is respected as an experienced, astute and motivated solicitor. He has substantial commercial experience having practiced as a solicitor on his own account since 1988 and prior to that as a chartered accountant. Fraser holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland. He is a member of the institute of Chartered Accountants.

Lynlee Comer

Lynlee joined Fraser Powrie in 1998 with 16 years of conveyancing and finance experience. She has acted for a number of large commercial clients including one of New Zealand’s biggest construction companies. Lynlee’s experience includes all aspects of residential and commercial conveyancing, subdivisions, property sharing arrangements and trusts.

Nick joined Fraser Powrie in 2002 following 5 years at one of New Zealand’s largest corporations. He has a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland. Nick’s legal skills are supplemented by his accounting background. He has acted for a range of commercial clients covering areas such as tax and asset planning, trusts, corporate financing and relationship property.

Daniel joined Fraser Powrie in 2004. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Auckland. Daniel’s legal skills are complemented by his accounting, tax and commercial background. He has acted for a number of commercial clients covering areas such as employment law, intellectual property, franchising, joint ventures and commercial property.
